- Develop qualified, reliable suppliers for the cost competitiveness to meet metal input requirements.
- Applies to both Annual and Strategic Plan objectives setting for input requirement and cost, as well as accountability to subsequently manage to these
- Monitor/anticipate trends in supply, market, and industry to develop plan, gain alignment with stockholders.
- Establish market intelligence for UBC to find out good alternatives for economic sense of view.
- UBC sourcing to operate both YJ /Ulsan recycling centers
- Implement agreements where appropriate to solidify the partnership with those suppliers to ensure purchase, supplies of quality UBC.
- Lead to delivery all of the material to plant on time.
- Lead external association with recycling org. in Asia.
- Develop alternative methods for securing a reliable supply of UBC
- In developing the market intelligence, it is required to lead UBC business network.
- Establish the contacts to evaluate and execute opportunities to improve recycling content in Asia.
- Collecting data of yard and market situation like competition and price trend.
- Lead the execution sourcing strategies
- Oversee process to develop sourcing plans to ensure fact base decision making.
- Develop the process of cross functional relationship among teams and people internally/external.
- Ensure reliable supply and competitive prices.
- Negotiate with suppliers and ensure to purchase UBC based on the requirements of the company.
- Execute risk management process.
- Implement high value materials sourcing strategy
- Set challenging targets and establishing the high value materials sourcing process from UBC suppliers.
- Increasing recycle content.
- Evaluate progress procurement function towards target.
- Implement sustainable supplier management and increase value in total cost of UBC inputs.
- Ensure viable regional network to achieve UBC purchasing target.
- Bachelor's degree and above
- Procurement related certificate is preferred.
- 3-5 experience of Procurement or commercial experience
- Good Communication Skills
- Data analysis skills
