Within GM, the Growth Product & Machine Intelligence team leads product strategy and execution, supported by dedicated AI/ML/Core Engineering, Data Science, and Analytics teams.We are expanding our charter to include Generative AI, with a focus on leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) to transform how we create, personalize, and optimize marketing creatives and recommendations at scale.Role Overview: Director of Product Management - Generative AIWe are seeking a strategic and execution-driven Director of Product Management to lead our Generative AI initiatives focused on LLM-powered creatives and recommendation systems. This role will define and drive the product strategy for AI-generated content across display, paid social, and other marketing channels, enabling hyper-personalized customer experiences. This role will start as an IC and is then expected to lead the team as the charter scales.You will work cross-functionally with AI/ML/Core engineering, design, and business stakeholders to build scalable platforms that generate and optimize creatives, headlines, product descriptions, and personalized recommendations using cutting-edge LLMs.Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the product vision for LLM-based creative generation and recommendation systems.
  • Lead end-to-end product development, from ideation to launch, for AI-powered tools that automate and personalize marketing content.
  • Partner with ML and engineering teams to build scalable infrastructure for training, fine-tuning, and deploying LLMs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure generated content meets brand and performance standards.
  • Drive experimentation and optimization using A/B testing, reinforcement learning, and feedback loops.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy, ethical AI, and data governance standards.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product strategy.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years in AI/ML or AdTech domains.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling AI-powered products, ideally involving LLMs or generative models.
  • Deep understanding of generative AI, prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and evaluation metrics.
  • Experience with marketing APIs (Meta, Google, etc.) and campaign optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with experimentation frameworks and causal inference.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence across functions and levels.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and a passion for innovation.

  • In preparation for a job applicant's request for the return of hiring documents pursuant to the main sentence of paragraph 2 above, the Company shall retain the original hiring documents submitted by the job applicant for 180 days from the completion of the recruiting process. If no request is made until the end of this period, all his/her hiring documents will be destroyed immediately in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.
