- Drive the development of new digital/technology-focused agenda in the payments industry, including areas such as artificial intelligence and blockchain
- Build strong client relationships to understand challenges and drive growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify consulting opportunities.
- Analyze and refine business cases to maximize impact.
- Lead consulting projects, especially in digital/technology practice, such as redefining business models and enhancing performance through the strategic application of AI and emerging technology.
- Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Act as the main point of contact, facilitating clear communication between stakeholders.
- Oversee teams of consultants and developers, ensuring alignment and efficiency.
- Develop new digital/technology discussion materials, identify critical issues, and propose solutions.
- Prepare client proposals, outlining objectives, scope, deliverables, and methodologies.
- Deliver engaging presentations to communicate insights and recommendations.
- Execute projects while managing relationships, governance, and problem resolution.
- Provide tailored solutions and recommendations, leveraging Visa’s best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree from a top tier institution with 10+ years of work experience after completing your degree,
- Work experience as a PM in top management consulting firms is a must/
- Specialist in one area of Digital Transformation – Technology or Digital Strategy or Digital Marketing or Driving Program Management for large Digital Transformation engagements will be required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to develop well-structured communications and deliver presentations to audiences.
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects from concept to implementation
- Strong analytical skills, ability to have structured thinking and build strong arguments, comfort with ambiguous, ever-changing scenarios.
- Self-starter individual with a keen appetite for learning.
- Collaborative team player with ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Customer experience design expertise (human-centered design/design thinking)
- MBA from a top business school preferred.
