- Inside Sales for all product lines of Rohde & Schwarz Test & Measurement solutions (Working Location: Seoul).
- Inbound Sales o Respond promptly and accurately to customers' inquiries received via the office main phone, email, and webpage. o Qualify leads and develop them into sales lead, respond to RFI/RFQ, and arrange meetings. o Provide basic consultations regarding product specifications, features, and applications. o Accurately communicate and collaborate with relevant departments regarding customer requirements as needed.
- Outbound Sales o Conduct cold calls and eDM-based sales activities targeting existing inactive and potential customers (re-engagement, activation, and sales cycle management). o Identify and generate new potential customers (Lead Generation), maintain contact for continuous management and arrange meetings. o Execute sales campaign for promotions of specific products or services.
- Common Duties & Responsibilities o Identify customers' requirements and propose suitable products and solutions. o Provide technical documentation, prepare quotations, and order placements. o Collaborate with external sales teams and technical support teams to address customer requirements. o Support sales-related activities such as marketing campaigns, webinars, and exhibitions. o Manage customers and sales pipelines through the CRM system. o Identify and database governmental R&D project networks and consortiums. o Manage bidding processes and maintain a database.
- Collect, analyze, and report information on market trends, competitors' activities, and technological advancements.

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B technical sales or Inside Sales is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in RF Test & Measurement (T&M) instruments is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM systems.
- Basic level of business English proficiency.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for business interactions.
- Valid driver's license (Class 2 or higher) required.
- No restrictions on overseas travel or residency.
