- Advanced Analytical Expertise: 10+ years of experience delivering high-impact data science solutions, including predictive modeling, causal inference, and time-series forecasting in business contexts.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep expertise in sales, marketing, pricing, and customer analytics, with a proven track record of driving measurable business outcomes in these areas.
- AI & Collaboration Skills: Proven experience leading AI/ML projects and collaborating with global AI and Data teams to integrate and deploy innovative data solutions.
- Strategic Problem-Solving: Exceptional ability to translate complex business problems into scalable data science solutions, with a focus on innovation and long-term impact.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor junior data scientists, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration within high-performing teams.
- English Communication: Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to convey complex insights clearly to global stakeholders, C-level executives, and cross-functional teams.
- 10+ years of experience in strategy development, digital marketing including CRM and performance marketing to dive sales
- 10+ years in data science or advanced analytics roles, with significant exposure to BI, customer analytics, growth hacking, and cross-functional AI/Data collaboration in dynamic, data-driven environments.
- Bachelor's, Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field strongly preferred.
