- Lead and grow a high-performing analytics team focused on pricing strategy and operations.
- Define and execute the analytics roadmap aligned with company-wide strategic goals.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver actionable insights that drive revenue and margin growth.
- Identify and implement process improvements through data-driven automation and technology.
- Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to inform strategic pricing decisions.
- Ensure data quality and availability in collaboration with Data Engineering.
- Present key findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Stay current with analytics innovations, retail trends, and pricing methodologies.
- 10+ years of experience in analytics leadership roles within top-tier global tech or eCommerce companies.
- Proven success in driving business impact through data insights, experimentation, and strategic reporting.
- Expertise in analytical tools and languages (e.g., Python, R/SAS, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of retail pricing, operations, and consumer behavior.
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and influencing strategic decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Math, Statistics, Engineering, Economics); Master's or PhD preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data into business actions.
- Hands-on leadership style; comfortable diving deep into technical details.
- Strong project management and prioritization skills in fast-paced environments.
- Critical thinker with a structured approach to solving ambiguous problems.
- Proven ability to mentor and develop high-performing analytics teams.
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, or other fast-paced, data-driven industries.
- Demonstrated success in leading technical teams and delivering strategic insights.
- Proficiency in Korean is a plus.
