CSafe is seeking a Customer Support Specialist in S. Korea to join our world class global customer service team! Working Hours 0600 KST to 1500 KST. You will provide excellent customer service to all CSafe customers in a timely & accurate manner, recommending solutions and resolving customer requests while establishing rapport and maintaining strong customer relations throughout the process. Additionally, you will serve as a liaison for customers with internal CSafe teams.   • Answer telephone emails and calls related to container availability requests
  • Provide excellent support to our customers, from the initial order to the end of leases, including all problem-solving in between.
  • Establish a rapport, maintaining the customer relationship.
  • Serve as liaison between customer, sales, maintenance, production, and service centers.
  • Work cross-functionally with other areas to meet the business needs of the company.
Leasing Tracking:
  • Track End of Lease units in field; work with the customer & the Logistics team to ensure they are returned accordingly.
  • Assist customers in arranging lease renewals or arranging for units to be returned at end of lease to appropriate Service Centers.
Administrative & Document Control:
  • Enter lease requests.
  • Assign units to leases.
  • Generate and send Order Acknowledgement to customer.
  • Generate and send Releases to Service Centers or Hubs.
  • Work with Accounting to resolve invoicing discrepancies
  • Assist to track units in the field.
Availability:
  • Ability to work a rotating weekend & holiday schedule as needed
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School Diploma, BS/BA degree prefered
  • 5+ years of customer service experience preferably in a leasing/technical company
  • Excellent communicator verbal and written in English
  • Strong team player.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent Time-Management Skills - Ability to consistently reprioritize workload as needed while meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and excellent working relationships with internal and external customers in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must possess analytical thinking and reasoning skills.
  • Must be thorough and exercise attention to detail.
  • Must be able to set and maintain schedules.
  • Organizational skills: able to balance multiple priorities.
  • Computer skills: proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
Work Environment:
  • Home office environment
  • Domestic and international travel (less than 10%)
