- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Life Sciences, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in roles directly relevant to the biotechnology, life sciences (genomics or proteomics) industry.
- Proven track record of success in distributor management and direct sales within the biotechnology, proteomics, or life sciences industry, with a focus on APAC and India regions.
- Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and strategic mindset, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable sales strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and other sales enablement tools.
- Fluency in English; additional language proficiency (e.g., Japanese, Korean or Chinese) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, as needed.
- Excellent communication skills and responsiveness to ensure seamless collaboration with team members, clients, and stakeholders across different time zones.
