Reports to: Sales ManagerPrimary Objective:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals within an assigned territory to ensure consistent sales growth through high-quality products, technical expertise, and exceptional service.
- Identify and establish relationships with customers by mapping key accounts within the territory.
- Achieve and maintain consistent sales targets within the designated territory by promoting and selling products effectively.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop strategic territory sales plans.
- Apply product knowledge and selling skills to meet healthcare professionals' needs and achieve sales goals.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
- Represent the company at medical conferences, health talks, and exhibitions.
- Monitor and analyze competitor activities and provide market intelligence to the Sales and Marketing teams.
- Continuously update technical and product knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues.
- Ensure adherence to ethical standards and company guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of professional sales experience within the pharmaceutical industry, with a successful track record in general hospital settings.
- Strong planning, organizational, learning agility and presentation skills.
- Positive, customer-centric attitude and a passion for the medical field.
- Proactive and results-oriented approach with a sense of urgency.
