Be a part of a company that thinks differently to solve problems, make progress, and deliver meaningful innovations.We are currently hiring sales representatives to support the Surgical Innovations (SI) team.Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Representative has the responsibility to achieve sales revenue targets for a specified territory, practice professional and effective territory management in terms of organization, technical expertise, administration, inventory management and expense planning and control. The role will cover Busan, Kyungnam and Ulsan area, will involve occasional outstation support as needed. Relocation assistance can be considered for the right candidate.The BUSAN based team are well established and work well as a team, we are excited to bring someone in with a team first mentality to continue our strong culture of collaboration.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:Promotes and sells Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals.Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs, and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or servicesPromotes and establishes education of the company's products and/or servicesConducts market research including customers and competitors' activitiesImplements market development plans/strategies and changes as neededCommunicates customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations and MarketingRequired Knowledge and Experience:Completed Bachelor's degree in any disciplineWithin 5 years of relevant sales experienceFresh graduates are encouraged to apply!Must have active driver's licenseExcellent commercial business acumen, active and outgoing personality, flexible and team-orientedEffective written and verbal communication skills in English and Korea languagesComputer and MS Office proficientWillingness to travel in other given areas in South Korea as business and opportunities demandIndustry experience is highly regarded (Medical Devices or Healthcare)Direct experience interacting and dealing with key opinion leaders and other leading roles in the scientific and clinical community is a great plusPhysical Job RequirementsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.Benefits & CompensationMedtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits Package
