Lead and manage two or more sales divisions, ensuring alignment to business goals and consistent execution against revenue targets. Drive large-scale strategic deals (Big Deals) with key enterprise customers. Directly manage sales representatives or work through sales leadership to ensure high performance. Provide strategic coaching and leadership to the team, fostering a problem-solving, customer-first culture. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at major accounts, understanding their business challenges and proposing tailored solutions. Identify new growth opportunities, build pipeline, and ensure consistent forecasting and reporting to senior leadership. Stay informed on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to continuously refine go-to-market strategies. 7-10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, with at least 3 years in a sales leadership role. Proven success in consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to coach and inspire high-performing teams. Expertise in managing complex sales cycles and strategic account development. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Deep understanding of value-based and solution selling methodologies. Ability to engage cross-functional teams to deliver customer success. Experience working with or selling to manufacturing customers is a plus. Fluent in English; bilingual in Korean is highly preferred. Willingness to travel as needed within the region.
