Job Description :Leverage comprehensive market intelligence, including B2B/B2C distribution structure, online/offline export trends to overseas markets (e.g. SEA, LATAM), and local demand for Korean products, to identify and acquire new leads by targeting strategic brands and resellers, and contributing to sales growth.
  • Build strong and trusted relationships with key partners and stakeholders to drive strategic seller acquisition
  • Manage both lead generation and partnership development with clear performance indicators tied to new seller acquisition and sales contribution
  • Partnership development with potential partners by offering tailored internal and external partnership programs
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve, standardize, and optimize the seller onboarding process for a seamless experience
  • Drive step-by-step onboarding execution from acquisition to activation, including planning and implementation of onboarding programs
  • Continuously track, monitor, and improve the performance of strategic sellers to maximize their growth potential
Requirements :
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in e-commerce, retail, or business development, with a proven record of driving growth
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to identify opportunities and execute initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders at various levels
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience managing external partners
  • Solid understanding of data or strong willingness to build data-driven decision-making capabilities
About the Team :As part of the Seller Acquisition team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of strategic brands and resellers with high potential in the SEA marketplace. You will play a key role in acquiring new sellers, building partnerships, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and performance. This role reports to the Seller Acquisition Team Lead and requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
