- Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve, standardize, and optimize the seller onboarding process for a seamless experience
- Drive step-by-step onboarding execution from acquisition to activation, including planning and implementation of onboarding programs
- Continuously track, monitor, and improve the performance of strategic sellers to maximize their growth potential
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in e-commerce, retail, or business development, with a proven record of driving growth
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to identify opportunities and execute initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders at various levels
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience managing external partners
- Solid understanding of data or strong willingness to build data-driven decision-making capabilities
