- Vendor quality process management
- Communication with L'Oreal North Asia zone, mainly in English
- Communication with North Asia OMA(Open Manufacturing) Team
- Management of the introduction of the group's new quality system
- Quality inspection according to ISO 2859 & AQL inspection regulations
- CAPA follow-up for NC products
- ZD(Zero Defect) improvement activities
- Judgment management through SAP & X3 program
- Quality audit of manufacturers and material vendors
- Management of range-board settings for products
- Non-compliance improvement management that violates L'Oreal quality charter
- Education: University graduate (Bachelor's degree)
- Years of experience: Min. 3~6 years of QC&QA work experience in the cosmetics industry
- Specific Career Experience
- Experience in communication with regional team in multi-national company context.
- Quality inspection of finished goods
- Experience using SAP or equivalent Quality module system is a plus
- Language: Fluent in both Korean and English (*Business verbal English is essential)
- Other Skills: Proficient with Excel, Word, PPT, any other analysis tool
- The work location: Incheon Songdo office
