  • We are seeking a Product Design Team Lead to guide the end-to-end design strategy across our portfolio of AI-powered and data-driven software solutions for Lunit cancer screening group. This includes enterprise products supporting clinical decision-making, imaging analytics, quality monitoring, and workflow optimization - used globally by healthcare providers.
  • This leadership role combines strategic oversight, hands-on design direction, and people management. You’ll lead a team of product designers and usability engineers working on intuitive, compliant, and impactful experiences across radiology, imaging IT, and cancer screening operations.
  • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, clinical experts, and regulatory affairs to ensure our design practices meet the highest standards of usability, safety, and user trust - especially within regulated healthcare environments.
🚩 Roles & Responsibilities
  • Design Strategy & Leadership
  • Define and drive the product design and user experience vision across a suite of complex clinical software products.
  • Ensure cohesive design strategy across applications.
  • Champion usability excellence, visual consistency, and clinical clarity across all product touchpoints.
  • Team Management & Development
  • Lead and mentor a growing team of product designers, and UX/HFE specialists across multiple product domains and design disciplines
  • Promote a collaborative, feedback-driven design culture rooted in shared learning and continuous improvement.
  • Establish effective processes for design feedback, quality review, and collaborative problem-solving across geographically distributed teams.
  • Design Systems & Product Experience
  • Develop and evolve a design system that supports modular clinical interfaces, workflow efficiency, and global scalability.
  • Drive consistent interaction design, terminology, and information architecture for clinicians across web and medical imaging environments.
  • Maintain design excellence across both AI-driven applications and data-rich dashboards - supporting transparency, explainability, and auditability.
  • Usability & Research Leadership
  • Oversee planning and execution of usability studies, prototyping cycles, and design validation across diverse clinical user groups.
  • Build a strong, evidence-based design practice grounded in real-world user feedback, clinical context, and iterative learning.
  • Manage human factors engineering (HFE) efforts in compliance with IEC 62366, including documentation and usability validation for regulated medical products.
Requirements🎯 Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in product/UX design, with 3+ years in a design leadership role.
  • Deep expertise in designing clinical or enterprise healthcare software, ideally in diagnostic imaging, digital health, or health IT.
  • Familiarity with regulated product design, including usability validation and medical device development lifecycles.
  • Experience leading multi-product design teams across both AI-powered tools, SaaS platforms, healthcare informatics solutions, and workflow-centric applications.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to balance user needs, technical constraints, and regulatory requirements.
  • Professional fluency in English, including the ability to communicate clearly across global teams and participate in cross-regional collaboration.
🏅 Preferred Experiences
  • Experience in cancer screening, radiology, or imaging informatics domains.
  • Experience working in or with U.S.-based tech or healthcare companies.
  • Working knowledge of interoperability standards (e.g., DICOM, HL7, IHE) and clinical user environments (e.g., PACS/RIS).
  • Prior involvement in IEC 62366-based usability engineering or FDA human factors validation studies.
  • Familiarity with the design of interpretive dashboards, AI results presentation, or workflow optimization tools in healthcare settings.
