- Provide information based on customer challenge and needs to marketing team to create business development programs
- Bachelors/Masters Degree in scientific area such as chemistry, biology, or biochemistry
- Minimum Bachelor degree
- Working experience (preferrable in chromatography, spectroscopy industry) around 3 years+
- Previous experience a related sales position preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.com.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong listening and sales skills.
- Ability to achieve targets.
- Good English skill preferred
- This is a territory-based position with travelling within your designated territory, and occasional travels to other countries for activities such as governance of department, local business support, meetings and training.
