- Responsible for supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of retail stores.
- Support any ad hoc requests to respond to any unexpected store situation or change.
- Respond to general store inquiries and requests, including tools, stationery, and business cards, etc.
- Monitor daily operational or system issues.
- Support office tasks such as documentation, stationery orders, and meetingarrangementst including meeting room bookings, etc.
- Manage and organize any retail items in the internal & external stockroom. Support the new store opening & closing.
- Inventory stocktaking support
- University degree
- Fluent English
- Retail industry experience is a plus.
- Familiar with the luxury retail industry
- Proficiency in MS Office: Excel, PPT, Word
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
