Summary To provide support to the Retail Operation Team for smooth retail & store operations.Job DescriptionJob Scope
  • Responsible for supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of retail stores.
  • Support any ad hoc requests to respond to any unexpected store situation or change.
Main Job Responsibilities
  • Respond to general store inquiries and requests, including tools, stationery, and business cards, etc.
  • Monitor daily operational or system issues.
  • Support office tasks such as documentation, stationery orders, and meetingarrangementst including meeting room bookings, etc.
  • Manage and organize any retail items in the internal & external stockroom.  Support the new store opening & closing.
  • Inventory stocktaking support
Qualification
  • University degree
  • Fluent English
  • Retail industry experience is a plus.
Knowledge
  • Familiar with the luxury retail industry
Skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office: Excel, PPT, Word
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
