The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok business, and our teams include Sales, Marketing, Ops, Account Managers, Agency and partnerships, as well as Marketing Science.At TikTok, our Global Business Solutions (GBS) team plays a key role in generating revenue by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding new clients, driving ad campaigns, and more. As the TikTok community grows at an unprecedented speed around the world, our GBS team leads groundbreaking projects that are changing the landscape of the advertising industry in real time.Responsibilities
1.Coordinate with XFN teams to ensure a smooth and successful Gaming campaign execution, whilst managing post-sale client relationships to help them consistently grow;
2.Analyse campaign performance data to offer clients data-driven business insights and at the same time, use those insights to improve our Gaming Ads product & program offerings;
3.Share the Gaming industry & market feedback and guide our advertising strategy;
4.Closely support and partner up with the sales team on presale research, media planning and pitching;
5.Serve as internal & external Gaming Ads product consultant to help educate on product solutions and best practices, and ultimately grow Gaming book of business;
6.Proactively lead product update discussions, work with XFN to upskill internal teams' expertise on Gaming Ads.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in account management/client services roles in Gaming;
- Experience in managing performance clients or agencies with a deep understanding of their challenges
- Proficient in campaign management, setting up and optimization
- Understanding of measurement tools like MMP, pixel implementation and basic troubleshooting knowledge.
- Ability to analyze data and identify insights to assess campaign performance
- Excellent communication skills in English and Korean as clients and stakeholders will be based both locally and globally.
