Works with other managers to understand priorities and plans resources and time allocation accordingly.Develops departmental objectives and metrics and drives execution of them.Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.Education and experienceRequires Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and may require an advanced degree (Master's, PhD), in applicable field or equivalent experience.15+ years of direct work experience (ex. Semiconductor-related factory experience)SkillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills. (Korean, English)Ability to translate, statistically analyze data, and effectively report problems through written and/or graphical formats.Professional Certifications are a plus (ex.
