●Take actions against customer requirements and complaints actively .(Quality Assurance)
●Investigate product quality problems and determine root cause, gather and analyze data, and implement corrective actions to reduce or eliminate cause
●Maintain/ensure product complaints & recalls management
●Support/lead test method validation activities
●Lead quality management system & SOP
●IQC, Internal Quality, OQC control and responsibility
●Be responsible for internal & external audits and follow up
●Support QA team CAPEX planning & execution
●Lead on key quality improvement project with cross functional team
●Maintain quality certification(ISO9001, FSSC 22000)
●Perform quality education(ISO, FSSC, and others) to all plant members
●Response to customers audit
●Collaborate and communicate with regional team for customer requirements.
●Participate and lead on site quality improvement projects
●Personnel management including providing sufficient opportunity to improve personal ability and a safe environment
●Control holding items
●Work on new project with other teams[자격요건]
●Bachelor's Degree in Quality/Engineering
●10+ years of experience in Quality assurance, Quality Engineering, or a similar role in beverage/packaging manufacturing
●Fluent both verbal and written English(Business English)
●Good in inter-personal relationship, Communication skills, and People Management skills
●Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
●Experience with change management and driving continuous improvement activities
