- Develop the business strategy for Olive Young of his/her brand(s) based on brand strategies.
- Define priorities by customers, Olive Young
- Be responsible for the P&L for his/her business area.
- Lead performance, set and achieve objectives. Sell-in & Sell-out management by monthly & yearly.
- Define marketing resources, manage and arbitrate budgets and allocate resources.
- Work with the supply chain and other departments.
- Organize the shifts and operating procedures with team.
- Be responsible for the commercial back-office.
- Retailer negotiation.
- Develop trusting relationships with customers. Coordinate with function team in brands to develop relationships with retail chains.
- Education: University graduate
- Years fo Experience: + 5 years
- Experience:
- At least 3 years’ experience in the cosmetic industry as retail field
- Experience for Olive Young business
- Language: Working proficiency in English (reading& writing), Fluent Korean
- Other Skills: Proficient with MS PPT, Excel, Word
