HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?MAIN PURPOSE
Proceed inbound and outbound orders of Distribution Center and manage the warehouse processes, ensuring accurate and efficient order processing, inventory management and shipment coordination. This role focuses on order accuracy, collaboration with SCM and warehouse teams, and process optimization through data-driven insights.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Process inbound, outbound, internal transfer orders using SAP ERP/EWM and internal systems.
  • Communicate with warehouse, carriers and SCM team to ensure smooth order operations and coordinate order fulfilment schedules.
  • Communicate with regional HQ to ensure effective logistics operations management.
  • Managing warehouse processes and inventory to ensure accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare and manage shipment documents for accurate shipment and verification.
  • Issue monitoring and follow-up of the order processing flow and warehouse management.
  • Data analysis of Logistics flow.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Logistics, warehouse and order management
  • Hands-on experience with SAP ERP/EWM, or other ERP/WMS systems.
  • Proficient in MS-Office(Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting for complex problems.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
