- You will build, lead, and grow a high-performing team of 5–10+ Paid Media professionals based in South Korea and across APAC delivery hubs.
- Foster a learning-led, high-accountability, and inclusive team culture.
- You will develop team members through active coaching, mentorship, and growth planning.
- You will be a local market lead for Paid Media: managing team performance, overseeing resource planning, and driving long-term capability maturity.
- Represent Jellyfish in local forums, partner events, and new business development efforts, serving as a credible leader in the Korean digital ecosystem.
- Define and execute the Paid Media strategy for South Korea in alignment with APAC and global goals.
- Lead innovation across media planning, activation, and measurement—balancing local platform execution with global strategy alignment.
- Champion scalable operations, campaign QA, and delivery excellence across all media types.
- Embed best-in-class practices across Search, Social, Display/Video, and Retail Media.
- Be a strategic advisor for key clients, helping shape their investment approach and media mix.
- You will lead senior relationships with Korean and regional clients; support cross-market campaigns led by channel specialists.
- Build and maintain trusted partnerships with key local platforms (NAVER, Kakao, Coupang) and global partners (Google, Meta, etc.).
- Work collaboratively with other Jellyfish capability leads (Data, Analytics, Creative, Tech, etc.) to deliver integrated, value-driven solutions.
- Take commercial ownership for the growth and sustainability of the Korean Paid Media function—including revenue planning, staffing alignment, and margin management.
- Support business development and client retention, including new business pipeline support and strategic pitch involvement.
- Expand local adoption of Google Marketing Platform tools (SA360, DV360, Campaign Manager 360)—with a focus on enablement, consultation, and sophistication building.
- Deliver performance reporting and strategic insight to APAC leadership, with a continuous improvement mindset.
- 10 to 12+ years of experience in Paid Media, with leadership in Search, Social, Programmatic, and Retail/Commerce Media.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads (required), across both brand and performance objectives.
- Deep familiarity with Korean digital platforms: including NAVER Powerlink, Brand Search, GFA/Display Ads, Shopping Ads; Kakao Bizboard, Kakao Moment; and Coupang Ads.
- Experience with Google Marketing Platform tools (SA360, DV360, CM360)
- Experience managing digital media teams in matrixed or multi-market organisations.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to balance client success with business sustainability.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills in Korean and English.
- Experience working with or alongside international clients and global agency teams.
- Strategic thinking, media investment leadership, and ability to influence across functions.
