- Support senior marketing specialist, commercial and product leads to develop the Go to market marketing strategy for Korea's marketing pillars that meets both short- and long-term business goals. This would include all planning and management of Korea's marketing budgets based on commercial targets.
- Align with the global-regional brand vision to shape the strategic and execution of Korea's marketing communications.
- Support marketing narrative by balancing brand and product stories, ensuring integration and consistency in storytelling channels
- Ability to understand the local consumer behaviour and industry trends to be applied to all marketing initiatives and launch plans
- Proactive in identifying and introducing new consumer trends, media opportunities or key learnings
- Implement COA marketing campaigns across all functions. This would also include working with 3rd party agencies to develop a year long activation plans to increase brand affinity, consumer engagement and commercial success across both offline and digital.
- Support senior marketing specialist on all digital always on activations that best engages the Harman COA consumers. This includes; but not limited to:
- Social channel management (Instagram, YouTube: JBL, HK, AKG)
- New product launching viral activities (KOL marketing, Influencer Reviews etc.)
- Local content development and utilize them on effective channels
- E-commerce strategy that is in line with APAC and Samsung requirements
- Full funnel paid media strategy with Samsung and Agency
- Identify new revenue opportunity drivers for JBL direct & indirect channels to be deployed across in Korea
- Brand site update (KR.JBL.COM and KR.HARMANKARDON.COM)
- Responsible for various monthly reports
- Track and measure campaign successes, providing data backed insights to optimise campaigns and find new opportunity areas
- Budget & Spending Management - monitor monthly budget and individual marketing activities spent.
- Support in strategic negotiation and effective marketing executions of local influencers
- Build and maintain media PR relationships, including but not limited to NPI PR, brand news for magazine and special feature/product review articles.
- Experience in managing and executing multiple consumer campaigns and long-term brand to consumer engagement through a diverse media mix. Digital & ecommerce planning experience is a must.
- Understanding for consumers, with a demonstrated experience utilising consumer research and data to drive actionable insights to develop marketing strategies and plans.
- Be able to translate the global / regional vision that fits effectively for the Korean audience.
- Experience working with agencies and budget negotiation.
- Experience driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through the implementation of marketing strategies.
- Excellent communicator and be able to perform well in a matrixed organisation.
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent required.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
