Our people and technical sales teams are located close to our key markets, allowing us to maintain strong customer relationships and accelerate our product innovation process.Job PurposeAs part of the Asia Regulatory team, the Incumbent will be responsible for providing expert assessments and timely responses to product regulatory inquiries from internal and external customers for all Element Solutions products produced and/or sold in Korea. The job holder will be the main point of contact for all types of product regulatory issues related to ESI’s Korea business entities, acting as the primary interface for and ensuring communication with external entities (including regulatory authorities, government agencies) with respect to product regulatory matters and responsible for ensuring compliance with product regulatory requirements for Element Solution products.Job Responsibilities

Handles all the internal and external customer’s enquiries related to Korea and global chemical regulations for chemical substances for example REACH, Asia chemical inventories.
Answering the customer’s survey forms related to chemical regulatory compliance for Element Solutions’ product.
Serve as the primary contact with regulatory authorities and third-party consultant addressing inquiries and requests for information.
Collaborates with third-party consultant to manage the preparation and submission of regulatory applications to Ministry of Environment (Korean MSDS approval and regulatory registration etc.)
Collaborates with other region colleagues related to Korean SDS issues.
Work closely with internal stakeholders (such as R&D, Operations, and Commercial) to ensure our products comply to Korea regulations.
Reviewing the impact of newly issued substance restrictions and approval requirements related to Element Solutions' products and communicating them to the appropriate stakeholders.
Ensure product declarations and registrations are submitted to authorities and official bodies in a timely manner.
Maintains product registration renewals and manage registration databases.
Support the Asia Regulatory Team on other global chemical enquiries and integration projects.

Requirements & Qualifications

Well-verse in K-REACH and KOSHA regulations.
Good knowledge of the GHS regulations in Korea and other Asian countries.
Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Korean and English
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational skills
Highly developed attention to detail
Strong project management skills
Ability to work well in a team environment.
