- Minimum 2 years experience in similar position or above in large scale bakery operation.
- Able to run a busy bakery production and provide high quality products and services as per hotel standards and policies.
- Qualification in Kitchen Production or Management will be an advantage.
- Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards will be essential.
- Basic Computer Skills in MS Office, and Recipe Maintenance System is preferred.
- Korean National Only.
