- 10+ years of post-qualification experience in a law firm and/or multinational corporations
- Called to the Korean Bar or qualified to practice law in good standing in a common law jurisdiction
- Solid general corporate and commercial experience
- Extensive experience with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements
- Experience leading and managing legal and regulatory compliance projects, including in areas of e-commerce, privacy and consumer protection
- Experience in the retail, consumer goods, fashion & luxury industry
- Experience in a governmental or regulatory body or agency in Korea
- Fluency in both English and Korean
- Strong business acumen and commercial intuition
- Ability to provide strategic advice and practical solutions in a timely fashion
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently across different business functions
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good team player
- Responsive and proactive work ethic
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
