- Oversee a company's overall marketing strategy by Makeup, Fragrance and Skin care
- Drive revenue by increasing sales through marketing activities
- Developing strategies, managing budgets, setting strategic goal and plan, and ensuring consistent brand message across various marketing channels.
- Leading the development of all marketing plans
- Ensuring implementation of effective marketing strategies.
- Reviewing and reporting on all areas of the marketing strategies and its implementation.
- Conducting strategic marketing analysis that will help guide marketing messages.
- Conception, development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies, product concepts and promotional programs to drive interest and sales
- Working to continuously ensure the company marketing goals are communicated across the entire organization and improving the company’s marketing outreach efforts
- Ensuring that all current marketing and copyright regulations comply with accepted professional standards, policies, procedures, and legislation.
- Promoting and embedding strong and inspirational leadership to the entire team by demonstrating the company’s values and championing the leadership behavior framework.
- Develops and implements local brand strategies according to international brand strategies, but localized to meet the specific demands and intricacies of the country’s cosmetics landscape
- Manages product portfolio and SKUs ensuring that all launches are strategic, sustainable, addressing market demands, and strengthening the brands’ positioning
- Plan, develop and execute marketing communications (online/offline advertisements) and PR plan in accordance to global and regional directions.
- Collaborating with stakeholders in developing & organizing Online/offline Marketing & Promotional materials/campaigns
- Work closely with Global to ensure all communication materials adhere to guidelines
- Analysis sales and budget to ensure that the brand’s tactics are working towards the achievement of total brand targets
- Develop the structure of the business's marketing department
- Routinely sharing strategies, progress, results, learnings, and relevant industry trends, with the broader team.
- At least 10 years of experience in Branding, Marketing, PR experience or business development experience in positions of increasing responsibility- with a focus on marketing expansion in Beauty. L
- Luxury/Premium color, fragrance or skin care beauty experience preferred.
- Able to handle a project from conceptualization till completion
- Experience with social media, digital marketing and trade marketing will be advantageous
- Three to five years of experience in a leadership role
- Proficiency in English and Korean
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership experience in building, managing and coaching a team to achieve targets
