
Client Solutions Manager - E-Commerce, GBS, TikTok Korea (12-month Fixed-term Contract)

This role centers on client education, relationship growth, and campaign success. You will provide strategic recommendations to both clients and internal teams, ensuring campaigns achieve business objectives while optimizing long-term partnerships. Success in this role requires strong client focus, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and a test-and-learn mindset to uncover the best solutions.Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted consultant, developing and growing relationships with advertisers of all sizes.
- Design media plans that align with client KPIs and business goals.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, proactively recommending optimizations.
- Manage complex media projects with multiple stakeholders, timelines, and creative assets.
- Drive GMV growth in TikTok Shop by providing strategic analysis and consultative guidance on Shop Ads.
- Collaborate with Sales on pre-sale research, strategy, and pitch preparation.
- Serve as an external product expert, educating clients and agencies on TikTok ad solutions and best practices.
- Oversee measurement strategies and creative execution for campaigns.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery and resolve client challenges.
- Gather marketplace feedback to inform product and advertising strategy.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in digital marketing or advertising.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Strong data-driven analytical skills to identify root causes, troubleshoot issues, and evaluate performance.
- Hands-on experience with paid ad platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads).
- Understanding of the advertising ecosystem, including pixel implementation and data tracking.
- Fluent Korean level with proficient English communication skills as you will be dealing with both local and international stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications
