- 1. Lead Government Driving Project
- Serve as the project manager and technical lead engineer for a national autonomous driving project within the TÜV SÜD Group
- Carry out the autonomous vehicles homologation project as a project manager or project engineer
- 2. Business Development & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Develop and execute autonomous driving business strategies in Korea
- Interface with multiple stakeholders, including customers and TÜV SÜD's global network, to carry out both domestic and international projects
- 1. Bachelor's degree or higher / Electronic and Electrical engineering, Computer science, Mechanical engineering or related field are preferred
- 2. Over 10 years experience in automotive industry
- Experience in automotive engineering for development, testing and/or process management in System, Software and/or Hardware
- Experience in Autonomous Driving and/or ADAS (ISO 26262, ISO 21448, ISO 34502, ASPICE and/or UL4600)
- Experience in homologation in vehicle, system and/or component
- Knowledge of the Products Development Life Cycle with respect to System, Hardware and/or Software development in automotive industry
- 3. Korean : Native / English: High proficiency are required
- 4. Skills & Competencies
- Provides customers with services of homologation and other automotive business knowledge to meet client requirements and intended business use as a project manager and a problem solver
- Communicates and coordinates with TÜV SÜD Group
- Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication, including creating and delivering presentations in English (Intermediate level or higher)
- Expert knowledge of automotive vehicle, parts and/or autonomous driving
- Ability to lead automotive project (with agile, endurance, energy and drive)
- Interpersonal skills: Excellent teamwork, communication, moderation, collaboration, facilitation, management and negotiation skills
- Strong communication, organizational and presentation skills
- Experience in regulatory, standardization, and technical evaluation as well as certification as a consultant or assessor would be a plus
- Excellent ability to work in international, diversified, cross-domain team environment
- Leadership skills to guide project teams, assign tasks, ensure effective teamwork, planning and organization / control
- Competence in handling multiple projects concurrently, ensuring deadlines and quality
