  • Pre-Sales Consultant
  • Creation and demonstration of technical proofs of concept and performance benchmarks
  • Creation and presentation of materials for technical concept proposals with solution architectures
  • Collect customer requirements through technical discussions
  • Creation of proposals for system architectures and hardware/software configurations
  • Quick sales assistance, consulting, joint customer visits, web meetings, and conference calls
  • Collaboration with Field AEs, Business Managers, and Sales to assist in uncovering business opportunities
  • Collection of customer feedback and providing it to Business Managers and R&D team
  • Solution and system delivery
  • Estimate engineering effort on customization and assist in technical risk assessment based on collected customer requirements
  • Implementing customer or DUT-specific work (HW/SW) and leading on-site commissioning activities
  • Connect customers locally with our domain experts and delivery project team globally
  • Enable partners to be successful in execution of Partner prime opportunity
  • Post-delivery Support
  • Assist with fixing and solving bugs on customized systems.
  • Answer to query from users about our solutions, systems, and related applications.
  • Demand Generation
  • Leverage technical and industry knowledge to position T&M Group NI and Portfolio Business Unit's (PBU) to specific markets prioritized by the business lines through proactive demand generation activities. Cultivate positive relationships with Account Managers (AMs) & Business Development Managers (BDMs).
  • Deliver actionable demand generation proposals advised by a deep technical understanding of targeted markets and mapping NI and PBU technical capabilities to market needs.
  • Technical Content Creation
  • Build and demonstrate Proof of Concepts and performance benchmarks to support large sales opportunities.
  • Develop compelling technical content (e.g., white papers, application notes, recordings).
  • Collaborate with Marketing to build impactful collateral, including one-pagers, architecture diagrams, and workflow diagrams.
  • Contribute to webinars, workshops, trainings, and industry events.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math)
  • Ability to work independently but also in a team of global colleagues.
  • Willingness and motivation to work closely in a business setting, facing customers.
  • 2+ years of relevant shown experience in Software Engineering, Application Engineering, Test Solution Design, or ATE Test Development.
  • Willing to travel domestically and abroad in support of project objectives. (On average, up to 25% of the work is encouraged to involve business travel, with occasional trips spanning an entire week.)
  • One day of remote work per week is optional, with the minimum four days spent working in the office or at customer sites.
  • Proficiency in Korean and English (both required for effective customer communication and user documentation in a global environment).
  • Sales experience and/or industry experience in the Test & Measurement industry.
  • Proven track record to use one or more programming languages (LabVIEW, C#, C++, Python, etc.) in software design and implementation with deep understanding of Software Engineering Body of Knowledge.
  • Strong at debugging and solving sophisticated technical problems.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Familiarity with the Korean market, including local laws and industry trends in sectors like semiconductors, automotive, or electronics testing.
  • Experience working with LabVIEW or similar programming languages, or Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) technologies is a plus.
  • NI LabVIEW and/or NI TestStand Certifications, or related tools are a plus
  • Knowledge and experience of NI products such as PXI/cRIO-based modules, VeriStand, TestStand, etc. and Experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Deep knowledge or strong background in technology (battery, motor, inverter), test automation, and measurement.
