Conduct regular sales calls and onsite visits to discover new opportunities and expand pipelines. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and decision-makers to establish long-term strategic partnerships. Work closely with the partner ecosystem, including resellers and system integrators. Expand strategic relationships by growing existing engagements and winning new business units. Manage the entire sales cycle - from identifying business needs and crafting a competitive value proposition to negotiating and closing deals. Accurately forecast and assess revenue opportunities. Analyze and understand the internal business processes of prospective clients. Strong sales acumen and a disciplined, results-driven approach. High resilience, self-motivation, and strong integrity. Proven ability to plan and execute effectively to achieve business goals. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English. Strong communication skills to report on partner program status to Channel Managers and collaborate closely with the global partner team. Experience with Managed Service Provider (MSP) models is a plus. Over 5 years of successful sales experience in enterprise software/solutions, especially in PLM, ALM, and SLM. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Proven track record in software sales, preferably with channel sales experience in Korea and familiarity with partner collaboration across regional markets. Ability to travel as needed to meet partners and customers.
