- Lead, coordinate and drive the overall contractual KPI deliverables. Drive our service delivery across South Korea, ensuring client requirements are met and expectations exceeded
- Maintain administrative management, coordination and oversight of all TOP in-country personnel in the Area Of Responsibility
- Act as the main point of contact for military healthcare facilities and command units- be our representative and the face of our service
- Oversee and coordinate in-country clinical and non-clinical teams
- Foster strong, trusted relationships with U.S. military and host-nation partners. We are a people first organisation and we maintain that great relationships are our strength
- Travel across the region (50%) to ensure seamless collaboration and high-quality service
- Be our administrative Manager which includes approval responsibilities such as expense approvals, and local budget control to maintain financial and operational efficiency.
- Act as a team leader by fostering team cohesion through collaboration, engagement, and a positive work environment. Organize team activities, including BSRs, to strengthen unity, belonging, and pride in work while ensuring efforts remain within budget to reduce turnover rates
- Strong experience in client or account management, preferably C2C OR b2b
- Strong leadership, influencing, and cross-cultural communication skills
- Fluency in English and Korean
