- Identify key strategic countries to find accelerated pathways to market by working with global, regional, and country cross functional teams, including regulatory, clinical, HEMA, finance, supply chain, R&D, etc.
- Establish a clear cadence of geo-expansion of products and support country teams to develop business case and commercialization plans; work with the divisional stakeholders to ensure APAC priorities are mapped into the divisional plan
- Identify and prioritize key strategic countries for product and business process enhancement projects with clear business impact and ROI assessment

- Act as a commercial lead and partner for the projects and facilitate speedy execution by collaborating with global, regional, and country cross functional teams, including regulatory, medical/clinical, HEMA, finance, IT, supply chain, R&D, etc.
- Maintain a strong pulse on customer insights and market dynamics to guide business strategy
- Partner with market teams to identify current and future business opportunities and uncover transformative growth opportunities; Quantify and prioritize these opportunities, feeding insights into Global Division portfolio and investment discussions
- Act as a strategic connector between regional, divisional, and country teams to ensure APAC's top needs are clearly communicated and addressed
- Identify, establish, and maintain relationship with key Y90 stakeholders and multidisciplinary tumor boards (MDT) in APAC to understand patient and therapy selection pathway
- Develop the DTR and MDT engagement strategy for key markets and execute critical activities by partnering closely with global and country teams to grow the Y90 market
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, sales, clinical/medical, or therapy development in the healthcare industry with a proven track record of success
- Candidate with prior experience in interventional oncology marketing/sales; DTR or MDT engagement experience; Advanced degree in biology, oncology, MBA is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written English; Chinese, Japanese, or Korean is a plus
- Flexibility to navigate a dynamic internal and external environment, adapt to changing market conditions, and overcome challenges
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills; Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding, multi-cultural environment
- Strong execution skills: ability to plan, execute, and deliver
- Travel: 20-30%
