The candidate should have a business marketing background, with a consistent track record of optimizing marketing efforts across various channels and funnel stages, while fostering alignment with commercial sales teamsLocation/Division Specific InformationMarketing Specialist, BioProduction GroupBased in Seoul, KoreaKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategic annual marketing plans, including customer segment analysis, competitor research, business trends, and market opportunitiesDevelop sales enablement material and training, and return voice-of-sales / voice-of-customer to the businessCraft and manage lead generation and sales opportunity funnels through promotional initiatives and marketing-led events such as customer events and trade showsRegularly review marketing objectives against the plan, track critical metrics, and optimize programs to exceed targets while addressing underperformanceStay informed about bioprocessing industry trends, technologies, and the competitive landscapeCoordinate with global functions to ensure consistency with brand profiles and company standardsQualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Life Sciences, Marketing, or related fieldA degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, or Business, with previous work experience in biotechnology, medical devices, or the pharmaceutical industry is also acceptableExperience5+ years of marketing experience (biopharma/ biotech segment is a plus)Experience with product area marketing plans, general knowledge of operating plans, or industry practices for promoting and selling similar productsKnowledge, Skills, AbilitiesCritical Thinking, Problem-solving abilitiesOutstanding skill in planning and implementing marketing campaignsMarket Analysis skill; Ability to analyze competitor and market dataBuild and implement marketing campaigns for our bioproduction portfolio, with a focus on the biological and chemical products, such as cell culture media and supplementsDevelop messaging for sales and customer-facing materials, with strong creative intuition on design and messaging that resonates with customersAbility to lead project scope, budget, and schedule to achieve timely completion of project resultsDigital Marketing: Experience with social media campaigns and data-driven strategies
