- Lead the Digital Sales team following the SAP values and principles.
- Interlock with stakeholders to define business priorities and establish the team yearly goals, objectives and KPIs.
- Align with HR and Enablement teams to hire, onboard, and support the team development and career progression needs.
- Track and monitor the team KPIs to ensure productivity and quota achievement.
- Support enablement and mentorship of the sales team on highly valuable and complex deals. Serve as SAP sponsor for customers.
- Liaise with other SAP teams (i.e.: S4HPC, RISE, legal, operations, etc.) to ensure adoption of global operating models and frameworks.
- Provide feedback on processes & systems, with the aim of improving the internal & external customers experience.
- Actively monitor and encourage the team to leverage cutting edge technologies to ensure compelling customer interactions, delivering volume, value, and velocity in the assigned sales territory.
- Collaborate with Digital Hub Leaders (Digital Solution Advisory, Digital Deal Strategy, Digital Assets, etc.) to deliver the best value to our customers, at speed, and being able to reach as many accounts as possible. Monitor the effective and appropriate use of SAP assets, including presales resources, by partners.
- Collaborate with Partner Business Managers and Partner Sales Managers to align partner business plans for the territory covered, identifying growth opportunities and actively engaging in strategies to maximize revenue for your team.
- Supervise and provide feedback to your team on the creation of business development activities related to solution or industry specialization.
- Help the team successfully leverage all SAP sales channels (SAP Store, Partners, direct sales, etc.) to achieve sales targets and provide the best customer experience possible.
- Represent SAP in external online or physical events, as delegated by the Second-line Sales Manager.
- Represent the team in internal online or physical events, as delegated by the Second-line Sales Manager.
- Mentor your team and provide them with best practices to improve their performance and time to productivity.
- Provide regular reports on sales progress throughout the year through weekly/monthly/quarterly business reviews. Identify deviations from agreed-upon plans and actively engage in corrective measures to achieve sales goals.
- Encourage the team to pilot, and extend new operational frameworks or processes, aimed at improving productivity, conversion rates, quota achievement, and time-to-revenue.
- Adhere & advise on all SAP compliance rules, and country legal regulations.
- Your geographical scope will be regional and may include a combination of Market Unit clusters within a specific region or sales segment/modality.
- Bachelor's degree in any field from an accredited university, with preference for Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- Master in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Education/training on people management, human resources, coaching, or related field required
- 10+ years of demonstrable experience with sales targets achievement in enterprise software sales, business development, or related area is required
- Passion for leading people and at least 1 year of previous experience leading people as Team Leader or Manager in hybrid/remote working environments
- At least 1 year of previous experience managing budgets/P&L
- Knowledge of Cloud technology (SaaS, DaaS, PaaS) in B2B environments
- Polished professionalism with above-average organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Strong presentation skills at the executive level as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office and Teams
- Passion for working in a tech sales environment
- Hunger for learning, solving problems and making a difference
- Comfortable working in hybrid or remote working environments
- Strong work ethic: Team player, self-starter, high energy, and results oriented
- Fluency in English & Korean required
- Fluency in any other regional language preferred
