- Work collaboratively in a team environment with IP sales professionals, and with executive account management, corporate and field application engineers, product management, contracts administration, and finance staff to meet and exceed established sales objectives
- Develops pipeline.
- Drives forecast, booking/revenue results.
- Develops and implements a multi-year product sales strategies for Processor IPs, ASIP tools, security and Bluetooth IPs, and helps account/IP sales teams implement them to grow Processor/security IP/BLE IP business in assigned territory.
- Gathers and assesses customer input from the field and key accounts.
- Works with product development team and service delivery teams to ensure differentiated product offerings are available for customers in your territory.
The qualified candidate possesses:
- >5 years related experience in technical selling, field applications engineering and /or sales management.
- A working knowledge of Processor, Security and wireless connectivity IP markets, including customer challenges, business models and IP selection criteria.
- Business development skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers' engineering and business staff at all levels.
- The ability to grasp complex technical data and to communicate to a broad range of technical and non-technical people.
