Field Application Engineer (Lithography)

• Close collaboration onsite at customer, directly involved with incoming product inspection
• Direct communication with Entegris manufacturing regarding inspection outcomes
• Serve as critical Voice of Customer working with manufacturing to identify rejectable defects and work toward solutions, serve as liaison back to customer regarding status and progress.
• Develop expertise in correlating results of visual and automated inspection activities and in the operation and interpretation of automated sampling results.
• Ownership of all facets of inspection process and reporting.
• Maintain alignment with Commercial team, Key Account Management, Regional leadership
• Assist is driving customer evaluation/qualification of Litho products both Continuous Improvements (CIP’s) and new Litho products.

• Coordinate as needed with Entegris cleaning/recertification center.
• Coordinate/accompany customer on site audit activities, in-country and international
• Coordinate alignment of BU objectives with Regional Sales teams.
• Own technical relationships and develop/maintain a high level of expertise in designated product and application areas

• Researches and maintains expert technical knowledge of products and applications.
• Collaborates with product management and marketing communications to write technical literature, white papers, manuals, data sheets and related product information as needed.
• Coordinates and supports ongoing product training programs internally and externally.

• Ability to communicate complex technical issues to customers (both internal and external)
• Strong problem-solving skills (issues containment, root cause analysis, corrective action.
• Capacity to understand specific technical requirements as well as sound product knowledge
• Able to identify problems and significantly improve, change or adapt existing techniques
• Proficiency in use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint

• Ability to travel globally
• Language Ability: English proficiency required

• More than 5 years of semiconductor market experience.
• Experience in Lithography technology area preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or highly related field preferred
