- Serve as the primary liaison between the company and key clients, ensuring alignment of business objectives and long-term partnership growth.
- Develop and execute client engagement strategies that drive revenue, retention, and satisfaction.
- Analyze client performance metrics and market trends to identify growth opportunities and proactively recommend solutions.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, product, finance) to deliver tailored client solutions.
- Translate client needs into actionable insights, influencing internal roadmaps and service enhancements.
- Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and pricing discussions with a focus on value creation and mutual benefit.
- Resolve complex client issues with a strategic and consultative approach, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Stay informed on industry developments and competitive landscape to anticipate client needs and market shifts.
- Minimum 7 years working experience in market research or consulting company or advertising/PR company or a related field
- Previous experience in managing a client relationship, sales or client service
- Proficient in both Korean and English, as you will be responsible for managing local clients.
