Software Engineer, Healthcare Digital Solutions

• Design and develop digital solutions tailored to the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry.
• Build and maintain SNS chatbot platforms to support pharmaceutical sales and marketing strategies.
• Analyze user requirements and translate them into scalable, high-quality software solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical implementation with business goals.

• Develop and enhance SNS chatbot platforms (KakaoTalk) for pharmaceutical sales and marketing.
• Design and maintain web and mobile-based digital engagement tools for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs).
• Work across the full technology stack, including front-end UI and back-end systems.
• Manage and support small to medium-scale projects with limited complexity.
• Perform quality assurance to ensure software meets customer requirements and functions reliably.
• Review functional specifications and validation deliverables to ensure adherence to development standards.
• Provide peer support and assist in onboarding new Associate Software Engineers.

• Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Typically requires 10 years of relevant software development experience.
• Fluent in both Korean and English (spoken and written).

• Strong experience in web development.
• Proficiency in PHP (highest priority), React, and/or Node.js.
• Hands-on experience in the healthcare and/or pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience deploying AI models in production environments.
• Familiarity with LangChain or other LLM application frameworks.
• Understanding of AI model lifecycle management, natural language processing (NLP), and recommendation systems.
• IT security certifications (e.g., Engineer of Information Security) are a plus.
