- Set a market strategy to create sales net growth that is aligned with your quantified goals, short- and long-term, in line with the regional financial plan and reduction strategy
- Supply your channel organizations with commercial focuses in order to set the right priorities to drive key products and to control stock for both short and long-term
- Control the reduction cost of your market and optimize the effect of reductions on stock level through sale, promotions, and activities
- Co-create with the visual and marketing teams regarding the concept, and act on the sales opportunities/threats together with your local sales team
- Collaborate with Multichannel Merchandising Manager and Concept Merchandiser to steer the buy and optimize the selling within the market by providing frequent and structured feedback in terms of assortment selling, size curve, quantities and availability
- Partner with the Online Visual & Content Teams to maximize the selling potential by securing the right site plan, ranking and content according to the current stock situation and sales drivers
- Collaborate with the Multichannel Merchandising Manager to set and follow up the commercial plan and concept goals for your market; Review it periodically and set quantified improvement for next year
- Work closely with the Area, Online and Merchandising teams to drive the omni-channel profit
- Communicate with Warehouse /Impex(import & export) team to check income schedule weekly basis to secure right amount of stock in right timing
- Previous experience working in an analytical, controlling, or another similar role in E-Commerce (preferred over 3 years)
- Strong local market knowledge in customer expectations, retail/fashion industry, and competitors
- Highly analytical and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office with outstanding Excel skills
- Preferred experience on Fashion retail market
- Excellent communicator in English and Korean : verbal and written, with outstanding presentation skills
- Self-starter and ability to lead the team, and work collaboratively with stakeholders and peers
