This role is essential for one of the world's biggest CDMOs, focusing on conversion and new business development.Responsibilities
  • Lead the sales efforts for single-use consumables and BEA product lines.
  • Develop and implement strategies to successfully convert and acquire new business.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to ensure client happiness.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the scientific or biotechnology industry +8 years
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to determine client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to compete in a dynamic market.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Willingness to travel within South Korea as required.
