Fluent in EnglishJob Title[외국계/물류] Business Management ManagerLocation서울시 중구About our clientA leading global provider of freight/forwarding/warehousing with a strong commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development-Lead and mentor a team of business development specialists, providing guidance, support, and training to achieve individual and team goals.-Develop and implement strategic plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities in new clearing and forwarding, sales action plan, and collaboration with transporters.-Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers, particularly in the clearing and forwarding sector.-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions that meet clients' needs and drive value, leveraging partnerships with transporters.-Oversee the preparation and delivery of persuasive presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients, focusing on new clearing and forwarding services.-Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with transporters and other stakeholders to ensure favorable outcomes for both parties.-Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape in the clearing and forwarding sector to identify emerging opportunities and risks.-Analyze sales performance metrics, track progress against targets, and develop action plans to drive continuous improvement in clearing and forwarding services.Key Requirements-Bachelor's degree or above holder-Proven experience in business development, sales, or related role within the forwarding/ project cargo-Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve results.-Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.-Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.ContactHeeji Choi | Perm ConsultantT +82 2 6200 9739E heeji.choi@adecco.com
