- We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to join our Program Management Office (PMO) team at Lunit. The ideal candidate will drive complex oncology-focused initiatives across multiple domains, managing cross-functional teams and ensuring successful delivery of our AI-powered solutions across biopharma partnerships, industry collaborations, and Lunit's proprietary oncology programs. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of AI-algorithm development workflows, exceptional program management expertise, and proven stakeholder management capabilities.

- Program Leadership & Strategy
- Lead end-to-end program management for diverse oncology projects including biopharma partnerships, industry collaborations, and Lunit's fully-owned oncology initiatives
- Develop and execute comprehensive program strategies aligned with organizational goals and market opportunities
- Drive portfolio management decisions and resource allocation across multiple concurrent oncology programs
- Establish program governance frameworks and success metrics to ensure optimal outcomes
- Project Execution & Delivery
- Manage complex project lifecycles from initiation through delivery, including data transfer, algorithm development, validation, and commercialization phases
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans encompassing scope, schedule, resources, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies
- Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards across all program deliverables
- Coordinate regulatory compliance requirements and maintain comprehensive documentation for internal and external projects
- Cross-Functional Leadership
- Drive collaboration between Business Development, AI Research, Medical Affairs, Product Development, Product Management, Regulatory Affairs, and Commercial teams
- Facilitate alignment between technical development teams and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize product development workflows and accelerate time-to-market
- Manage resource requirements and dependencies across multiple departments and external partners
- Stakeholder Management
- Serve as primary liaison for pharmaceutical partners, industry collaborators, and internal executive stakeholders
- Facilitate transparent communication and comprehensive reporting including status updates, milestone achievements, and strategic recommendations
- Support business development activities including RFI/RFP responses and partnership negotiations
- Process Optimization & Innovation
- Establish and continuously improve program management processes, templates, and tools to enhance operational efficiency
- Build and maintain sophisticated project tracking systems for global teams and external partners
- Identify opportunities for automation and process standardization across oncology programs
- Lead change management initiatives to support organizational growth and scaling
- Risk Management & Quality Assurance
- Proactively identify potential risks and implement comprehensive mitigation strategies
- Lead rapid response efforts to resolve issues and minimize impact on program delivery
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and industry best practices
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 5+ years of program/project management experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or healthcare technology industries
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-disciplinary programs in regulated environments
- Ability to work at Lunit's HQ office based in Seoul
- Exceptional stakeholder management and English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong understanding of clinical development processes, regulatory pathways, and commercialization strategies
- Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with ability to adapt approaches based on project needs
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority
- Proficiency in advanced project management tools, data analysis software, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities
- Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in relevant field (life sciences, engineering, business)
- PMP or equivalent project management certification
- Experience in oncology research, clinical trials, or cancer care delivery
- Knowledge of medical imaging, AI/ML applications in healthcare, and digital pathology
- Experience with quality management systems (ISO 13485, FDA QSR, etc.)
- Background in product commercialization and market launch activities
- Experience managing international partnerships and cross-cultural teams
- Knowledge of healthcare regulatory frameworks (FDA, EMA, PMDA, etc.)
