Be a part of a company that thinks differently to solve problems, make progress, and deliver meaningful innovations.We are currently hiring a sales representative to support the Ear Nose Throat (ENT) team.Reporting to the Sales Supervisor, the Sales Representative is responsible for promoting, selling, and servicing products within the Ear Nose Throat (ENT) business area mainly in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. This is a rewarding and challenging position which provides the opportunity to truly make an immediate impact and achieve positive outcomes to patients’ lives.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:Promotes and sells Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionalsResponsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or servicesPromotes and establishes education of the company's products and/or servicesConducts market research including customers and competitors’ activitiesImplements market development plans/strategies and changes as neededCommunicates customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations and Marketing.Required Knowledge and Experience:Completed Bachelor’s degree in any disciplineAt least 3 years of demonstrated sales experience in the medical devices or healthcare industryFor Sales Rep II level: minimum 3 years' relevant experienceFor Sales Rep III: minimum 6 years’ relevant experienceExcellent commercial business acumen, active and outgoing personality, flexible and team-orientedEffective written and verbal communication skills in English and Korea languagesComputer and MS Office proficientActive driver’s licenseIndustry experience is highly regarded (Medical Devices or Healthcare)Direct experience interacting and dealing with key opinion leaders and other leading roles in the scientific and clinical community is a great plusPhysical Job RequirementsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.Benefits & CompensationMedtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits Package
