Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic Marketing & Sales domain buyer to join our procurement team. This individual will be instrumental in partnering with local market teams and will have full responsibility for achieving procurement KPIs in various marketing and sales categories, including Media/Digital, Market Research, Communications, e-Commerce, and PIPD & Sales.Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement innovative procurement strategies that align with our business goals and deliver cost reduction and value.
  • Ensure the execution of marketing category strategies in the region, aligning with company targets.
  • Identify and develop new market innovations and supplier technologies.
  • Incorporate sustainability goals into local project plans and achieve domain-specific targets.
  • Build and maintain effective marketing procurement networks within the markets.
  • Manage local supplier relationships, negotiate sourcing cases, and ensure compliance with service agreements.
  • Collaborate closely with local marketing managers, commercial operations, and general managers, integrating procurement strategies with business needs.
  • Partner with local sustainability teams to fulfill B-Corp commitments.
Qualifications:
  • University degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of procurement experience, with a strong understanding of marketing procurement.
  • Proven track record in delivering significant cost savings initiatives.
  • Excellent project management, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence effectively.
  • Autonomous, driven, and adaptable in a complex global/regional matrix environment.
Language & Cultural Requirements:
  • Fluent in English and Korean.
  • Familiarity with the South Korean market, including suppliers and creative/digital/PR/social agencies.
  • International and multi-cultural mindset.
