The purpose of the role is to drive “New Account” development and lead the selling of integrated container logistics solution. The role is expected to develop and facilitate logistics solutions as well as managing customers relationships to build strategical partnerships globally.Bring “New LOGO” into Maersk Business Portfolio.Develop tailored value propositions and business plans to increase share of walletDevelop and manage relationships with existing and new customers to deliver gross profit targets and grow our business.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective sales strategies and respond to customer inquiries and requests.Develop and implement customer business development plans that align with our short-term and long-term sales strategies and market environment.Communicate effectively with senior decision-makers and build strategic partnerships with us.Participate in tendering processes and manage relationships with clients.Demonstrate a customer-centric approach and offer consultative recommendations that provide long-term strategic value.Local partnership / relationship building while finding local logistics opportunity against Global AccountCollaborate with product teams to support revenue growth and profitabilityWork cross-functionally to develop and deliver customer-focused solutionsPerform other tasks as assigned by managers.We are looking for:5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related sales/commercial roleProven success in developing new business and managing key accountsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred, not required)Strong consultative selling and negotiation skillsExperience engaging stakeholders at multiple levelsProficient in managing sales pipelines and using CRM tools (SFDC)Strategic thinking with a results-driven mindsetExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsTeam-oriented with the ability to work cross-functionallyPositive, proactive attitude and willingness to learnCommitment to ethical conduct and company valuesGood command of written and verbal English skills, along with native-level Korean proficiency.Strong understanding of logistics products, solutions, pricing, and terminology.Ability to manage multiple objectives and priorities effectively.Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with internal stakeholders.Familiarity with supply chain development processes in the local market and industry.- 보훈대상자 및 취업보호대상자는 관련법에 의거하여 우대합니다.- 지원서의 기재사항이 사실과 다른 것으로 확인되거나 Reference from previous employer 상에 채용상의 결격사유가 확인될 경우 합격 또는 채용이 취소될 수 있습니다.- (The company reserves the right to withdraw the offer, it if discovers subsequently that a candidate has given false information in application or has provided false or fraudulent documentation in support of his/her application.
