They lead projects in collaboration with team members and oversee the ME and MT teams to ensure full understanding of the operational system and compliance with all relevant requirements.
- Responsible for equipment and facility maintenance and improvement
- Maintain the performance of Garrett's equipment by quickly resolving problems and establishing and managing periodic preventive maintenance activity plans.
- Deliver additional improvement ideas to improve the performance and convenience of use and maintenance of existing equipment.
- Determines the need for and maintains optimum inventory of appropriate parts to repair and maintain equipment performance.
- By analyzing and utilizing existing data, such as equipment repair history, prevent expected problems in advance and take necessary measures.
- Managing Maintenance matrix (OEE, Machine Availability, MTTR and MTBF)
- By using existing equipment repair history, etc., propose additional improvement ideas when manufacturing new equipment and conducting NPI.
- Maintain SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) module.
- Establish maintenance plans and scheduling for preventive maintenance.
- Develop or introduce new equipment and tooling for enhance production and quality.
- Collaboration with ME and MT team member
- Continuous feedback to help team members achieve their goals.
- Using MOS, Identify work items for technicians and assign work that matches each competency evaluation to maintain an appropriate work load among team members.
- Provide guidelines and technical support so that team members can find solutions for solving equipment problems on their own.
- Utilizes expert knowledge on MT and ME projects to plan the schedule necessary for project, identifies preliminary requirements for budget, resources, etc., and collaborates with the cross-functional team to lead and complete the project on time.
- Manage and supervise the ME and MT teams to ensure that they understand the contents of the operation system (IATF16949, ISO14001/45001,ISO50001) and work in compliance with the requirements.
- Provide continuous feedback to team members so that they can suitably carry out key matrix related to the operation system and manage records.
- Establish additional training development plans to ensure smooth use of the system.
- Manage key matrix required by the system and establish improvement plans in response to insufficient matrix to ensure that continuously maintained.
- Manage the same way for Garrett operation system as well.
- Attend the system audit as the main Auditee, establish appropriate responses and countermeasures to the points noted, and follow up to ensure completion within the deadline.
- Manufacturing or Maintenance Engineer experience with the Thorough knowledge in automotive industry. Experience of leading technical teams
- ERP system experience (SAP). Understanding FMEA, Control plan, ISO 16949/14001/45001/50001
- 10+ years work experience in Multiple National Companies
- Strong knowledge/experience in equipment and facility
- Ability to understand General operation system using for automotive industry.
- Ability to lead, motivate, develop and mentor others
- Demonstrated bias for action/initiative, customer focus, and a strong capability to lead in a team environment
- Proven problem solving skills, including ability to interpret data, define actions, and implement solutions
- Demonstrated English written and oral communication skills and ability to interact with individuals of all disciplines and levels
- ERP system experience (SAP)
