Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop comprehensive marketing strategies for Cardinal Health products, excluding legacy products, in collaboration with functional and sales teams.Acquire an in-depth understanding of the competitive landscape, market dynamics, customer product utilization, and product selection criteria.Plan and execute new product introductions, pricing adjustments, product rollovers, upgrades, and obsolescence. Coordinate cross-functional implementation of product launch strategies.Support and train sales force and business partners, enhancing their understanding and ability to sell our offerings effectively.Manage product portfolio market performance in close collaboration with the GBU(Global Business Unit) or IMPD(International Medical Products and Distribution) marketing team.Perform regular analysis and reporting on country-specific revenue, unit/solution sales performance against forecast, campaign implementation status, outcomes, and key performance indicators (KPIs).Job QualificationBachelor's degree required.3-10 years of professional experience in the medical device or healthcare industry, with a focus on marketing preferred.Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with peers, cross-functional teams, and external partners.Demonstrated ability to be a robust team player with a collaborative mindset.Fluency in English is required.Possess an analytical mindset coupled with strong quantitative skills.Candidates who are back-to-work, people with disabilities, without a college degree, and Veterans are encouraged to apply.Cardinal Health supports an inclusive workplace that values diversity of thought, experience and background.
