- Manage and control all factors related to the projects
- Ensure the profit and loss of all the projects are met with company objectives
- Directly manage expectations of customers, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Provide support to presales, e.g., proposals, project plans, and bidding clarifications
- Ensure process compliance from sales handover to acceptances to handover
- Develop master plans of all projects being implemented
- Actively review costs of delivery with the aim of reducing cost whilst maintaining quality
- Escalate point of project team to resolve project matters with management team
- Motivate team members to perform to their best abilities
- Strict compliance to safety standards and requirements
- Provide and recommend possible project improvements and escalate help needed
- Pro-actively chase contract variations where the scope of work increased or varies from specifications
- Project Closing: at least 70 % of projects created in the previous year shall be closed.
- Revenue Forecast and Recognition: Monthly forecast should match at least 90% of the actual revenue recognized
- Attend online trainings : depend on the number of available trainings. You can set maybe 5 trainings.
- 5 years experienced in leading the project life cycle from management level
- Familiar with “Data Center” project or company product related is preferred
- Knowledgeable with Microsoft Project and AutoCAD is preferred
- Analytical with good logical problem solving skills and able to grasp key issues quickly and provide directions for team members
- Strong managerial courage to state opinion for the long-term business and function without fear nor favour
- Good communication in English and local language
- Frequent Standing
- Frequent driving (car)
- Noise Level (Medium / High need to shout to be heard)
- Working around moving machinery (fork-lifts, tractors)
- Protective Equipment Required (earplugs, gloves, eyewear, respirator, mask, etc.)
- Work outdoors (no effective protection from weather)
- 70% travels in Korea
