➢ 화성 공장의 일상적인 품질, 생산 및 생산성 목표를 충족하기 위해, 할당된 프로세스를 안전하고
효율적으로 운영합니다.
➢ Production Shift Lead 와 함께 같은 조에서 근무하며, 일상 작업의 우선 순위를 효과적으로
지정합니다.
➢ 일일, 교대 및 월간 안전 회의에 참여하고 안전한 작업 환경을 조성합니다.
➢ 세종 공장의 비상대응팀(ER team)으로써, 전면 호흡 보호구를 착용해야 하는 비상대응(ER) 진입
팀원으로 적극적으로 참여합니다.
➢ 표준 생산 운영 절차를 검토하고 업데이트합니다.
➢ 생산 공정에 대한 학습용 참고 자료들을 검토하고 업데이트합니다.
➢ 공장의 목표와 연결된 개인 목표를 달성하기 위해 연간 개인 목표를 완료합니다.
➢ 생산 설비의 작동 원리를 이해하고 작동할 수 있으며, 조립 및 분해 업무를 할 수 있습니다.
➢ 생산 설비에 대한 기본 유지 보수 업무를 수행합니다.

요구되는 역량들:
➢ 고등학교 졸업 혹은 2-3 년제 화학/화학공학/자연과학/엔지니어링Production Technicians are required to work shift work including nights, weekends, and holidays.Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Safely and efficiently operates their assigned processes to meet the day-to-day quality, production and productivity goals of ALAM.
- Effectively prioritizes their daily tasks working with the Production Leads and Production Supervisors.
- Participate in monthly safety meetings and promote a safe work environment
- Actively participate on ALAM’s emergency response (ER) team and ER entry team
- Reviews and updates the Standard Operating Procedures
- Reviews and updates the Learning Resources for the processes
- Completes annual personal goals to achieve the plant goals and their own personal development goals
- Assembles and disassembles production equipment
- Performs basic maintenance on equipment
- Drives a culture of "Do It Safe, Do It Right the First Time" with their actions and their words on a daily basis
- Successfully complete all assigned training
- Cross-trains peers on approved functions
- Ability to roll cylinders- Rolling cylinders requires an individual to tilt a cylinder slightly with one hand, and use the other hand to move the cylinder forward by rolling it
- Fitness for duty, including but not limited to: ability to lift 50 pounds and have the ability to climb ladders
- Actively participate on ALAM’s emergency response (ER) team including as an ER entry team member, which requires wearing a tight fitting full-face respiratorRequired Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- 2-5 years experience in a process operations environment
- Must be and remain clean shaven at all times
- Ability to wear a full face tight fitting respirator and a fully encapsulated (Level A) ER suit, - Self Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA), or any other tight-fitting and/or supplied air respirators (SAR)
- Ability to medically pass a respiratory test and physical test in order to wear a full face respirator as required
- Fitness for duty, including but not limited to: ability to lift 50 pounds and climb ladders
- Ability to roll cylinders that weigh up to 200lbs - Rolling cylinders requires an individual to tilt a cylinder slightly with one hand, and use the other hand to move the cylinder forward by rolling it.
- Ability to work rotating shifts - day and/or nights
- Demonstrated positive attitude and safety-first attitude
- Demonstrate ability to obtain proper assistance when confronted with problem situations
- Ability to learn technical chemical processes quickly in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to interact effectively with others to accomplish daily tasks and achieve the plant's goals
- Ability to communicate concisely and effectively in written and verbal formats with stakeholders at multiple levels in the business
- Ability to perform technical troubleshooting to resolve process issues
- Self-starter with the ability to perform well under pressure and changing priorities

- Associates Degree in Applied Science in processing Technology or other related science
- 2+ years of chemical handling desirable
- 2+ years experience working on mechanical / electrical systems
- Military experience with Nuclear, Electronics or Mechanical training
- Understanding of analytical processes for chemical processing
- Knowledge of root cause investigation process and methodology
- Knowledge of 5S and Lean manufacturingAre you a MATCH?필수역량:

보호구와 완전히 밀폐된(레벨 A) ER 보호복을 착용할 수 있어야 합니다.

➢ 화학 및 화학 공정에 연관된 정규 교육 과정 졸업자
➢ 공정 또는 생산 기술자로서 화학 제품 생산 공정을 운영하는 환경에서 2 년 이상의 경력.
➢ 2 년 이상의 화학 물질 또는 기타 위험 물질 취급 경험.
➢ 화학 공정의 분석 절차에 대한 이해.
➢ 근본 원인 조사 방식에 대한 지식과 이해.
➢ 5S 및 린 제조 방식 지식 혹은 유경험자.내부 지원자의 자격요건 (현재의 직무에서 2 년 이하의 경력인 경우):
